Project description
S-West is being constructed between the Natlab and SAS3 on Strijp-S. The project is made up of four apartment buildings (Benjamin, Maria, Frederik and Frits).
The new construction comprises 4 to 19 storeys. At the rear of the residential towers a car park will be built, partly under the ground, with a garden on the ground level.

Services provided by SOCOTEC
SOCOTEC provided the geotechnical investigation and consultancy for the new building. The high-rise will be founded on vibration-free soil displacement piles with a length of approximately 30 m.
